The Annual Transition...

Well, it's a Monday evening and we have decided to enter the world of Bloggers. Maybe it will be a good way to stay connected to everyone--sound good? So, in the life of the Branson Kolters, here's what's going on...

We completed the semester of crazy accomplishments, including Jared's ordination and marathon and Lauren's completion of a Masters degree. Graduation is Saturday--hooray! We moved our stuff out to K-2 in Lampe, where we will live from mid-May to mid-August. (We'll still have our condo in Branson West for consistency's sake and for days off, but since kamp is about a 30 minute drive from home, there's no way we could work there without living on-site). We like to call our little kamp love nest our summer cabin by the lake, all true words, but not necessarily the typical lake cabin of the rich and famous. Totally adequate for what we need and fun to still get to spend our summers this way.

Anyway, Jared has pretty much finished up K-Life for the school year and I have just a few more days at the Institute. We are just wrapping things up and setting ourselves up for next year's start again. JK and I are both pretty excited about kamp--we'll let you know how it's going.

So, that's the jist for us. This weekend my mom and dad are coming for graduation, which will be a quick but really fun weekend. It'll be fun to host them and spend some time together.

I guess that's about it for now. We'll be updating sometime soon. (I'll try).
